Cleanse

So, my in-laws, and therefore my wife, decided it would be good to do a cleanse. Which means I need to cleanse too.
Out with bad in with the good.
I am in day 2 of the cleanse portion. Also known as, "I am cramping everywhere." 2.5 days of no food. That's because we also had the "pre-cleanse" days. Oh, it goes on let me tell you. Unreal. Only 7 days left.

I think I smell french fries. I am not joking. I smell them all the time.

  1. Hmm. I am so glad you shared that with us. (Do you have any other secrets?) Let me tell you that it actually gets better: you'll be less hungry and you'll lose a couple of pounds as well. OK, I was really trying to find your email address, but I got a lot more than I expected! Hugs all round. ES, North Van.

  2. Thanks for the great message today! I think many of us have a "Larry" story to tell as well - thanks for encouraging us to look and act like Jesus, instead of making Him look like our worldly selves. We really enjoy having you at the South - I think you're helping to make it feel like more than just a "campus"; this blog, your dedication to getting to know all the people at the south and your friendliness (and good humor) are helping to make it feel like it's own - like a small, friendly, church - but with all the advantages of a big church too. God bless!
